Supply of high-voltage electric motors for the needs of DGK JSC (Far Eastern Generating Company)

Within the framework of the competition for the right to supply high-voltage electric motors for the needs of DGK JSC, the application of our Company was recognized as fully compliant with the technical requirements of the Customer, and during the auction EnergoFront offered a price offer with the lowest cost of equipment. Based on the results of the procedure, we were recognized as the winners by the tender commission of PJSC RusHydro.

The list of supplied equipment includes technically unique high-voltage electric motors manufactured by leading Russian factories - NPO ELSIB PJSC and Ruselprom Concern, such as:

• Electric motor DVAN-2-173-1600/6 U3 (1600 kW, 500 rpm, 6 kV) of the circulation pump type DPV 96-4.5/23 to replace the electric motor AB 17-31-12UHL4 (installation on the foundation without alteration with adapter plate) - 1 pc;

• Electric motor DVAN-2-173-1600 / 6 U3 (1600 kW, 500 rpm, 6 kV) of the circulation pump type DPV 96-4.5 / 23 to replace the electric motor VAN173-46-12U3 (installation on the foundation without alteration) - 1 PC;

• Electric motor 2ADOT-800-6000-8-R-U1 (800 kW, 750 rpm, 6 kV) of a hammer mill in compliance with the requirements for overall and connecting dimensions for the purpose of mounting on the foundation of an old DAZO2-17-44-8U1 electric motor (on frame without alteration) - 6 pcs;

• The electric motor of the blower fan 2ADO-630/400-6000-8/10U1 (630/400 kW, 750/600 rpm, 6kV) in compliance with the requirements for overall and connecting dimensions for the purpose of mounting on the foundation of the old electric motor DAZO2-17-44 -8 / 10U1 (on the frame without alteration, without adapter plate) - 2 pcs;

• Electric motor 4AZM-2000/6000 UHL4 (2000 kW, 3000 rpm, 6kV) of the feed pump PE270 - 4 pcs;

• Electric motor AODS-1250-6-1500U1 (1250 kW, 1500 rpm, 6 kV) of the network pump in compliance with the requirements for overall and connecting dimensions for the purpose of mounting on the foundation of the old DAZO2-16-59-4U1 electric motor (without altering the foundation) - 2 pieces;

• Electric motor 4AZM-4000/6000 UHL4 (4000 kW, 3000 rpm, 6 kV) of the feed pump in compliance with the requirements for overall dimensions for installation on the foundation of the old AS-4000/6000 electric motor without alteration, without adapter plate. The electric motor must be designed for the installation of a standard oil pump NML-32 on the console of the electric motor from the side of the first bearing in order to maintain the existing oil system - 1 pc;

• Vertical electric motor AOVM-355M-4U1 (250 kW, 1500 rpm, 6 kV) of the condensate pump - 2 pcs;

• Electric motor DAZO-13-55-8MU1 (400 kW, 750 rpm, 6 kV) of the smoke exhauster of the BKZ-75-16M type boiler - 3 pcs.

• Other DAZO4 type electric motors - 9 pieces.
