LLP «Energofront KZ» will supply equipment for JSC «Astana-Energy»

LLP «Energofront KZ» won a competition in JSC «Astana-Energy» for the supply of an electric motor for blower fan.

Instead of morally and physically obsolete DAZО15-49-8/10U1, which was removed from production, a two-speed induction motor AOD 630/320-8/10U1, produced by LLC «Large electric machine plant», was proposed for the project.

The selected motor has improved characteristics, less weight and for linkage dimensions fits fundamental beams of DAЗО15-49-8/10U1 engine.

«In the selection of the engine we took into account peculiarities of the place of operation of the engine and has made a number of changes in its structure», – describes the progress of works director of LLP «EnergoFront KZ» Alexey Mikhailov. – «Also our task was to equip the engine with required by the Customer instrumentation and bearings that will allow improving its monitoring and saving time on carrying out current repairs».

Delivery of the electric motor is planned to be carried out by February 2019.

JSC «Astana-Energy» includes TPP-1 and TPP-2. The task of the Company is to provide Astana city, its residents, enterprises and organizations with heat and electricity.
