LLC «BashRTS» and LLC «EnergoFront»: continuation of a successful cooperation

LLC «EnergoFront» continues to develop cooperation with LLC «BashRTS» in the field of system modernization of the centralized heat supply of Ufa. As a part of the previous project, the supply of pumping equipment and soft starter devices for the reconstructed pump station №7 (PS-7) was carried out. In the nearest future, construction, installation and commissioning works at the pump station will begin, which will also be attended by the specialists of LLC «EnergoFront». 

The next stage of reconstruction of heating systems is the construction of a new building of the pumping station №4 (PS-4). This pump station is intended for maintenance during the heating period of a hydraulic mode of consumers from heating mains TM-25.

In March 2018, the results of the tender for the supply of pumping equipment for the NS-4 were summed up. By the results of expertise of the bids of competitors, «EnergoFront» company was declared as the winner. The experts noted the full compliance of the proposed solution with the Terms of Reference. 

For PS-4 specialists of «EnergoFront» company offered network pump units of new generation Delium D300-580V (Q=1500 m3/h, N=80 m) with a steel body, an impeller made of stainless steel and double mechanical seals. Two of the four pumping units will be equipped with hydrodynamic couplings Transfluid 27KRTB. It should be noted that the pump units of the same series were supplied for the PS-7, which provides a high level of equipment unification. 

A distinctive feature of these pump units is high hydraulic efficiency – up to 85%, «dry» shaft, simple and reliable rotor design, self-centering rotor and end seals, as well as reduced overall dimensions of the pump unit.
