EnergoFront supplied the equipment for the needs of «Minsk CHP-3»

EnergoFront is a supplier of pumping equipment within the framework of the project “Reconstruction of the Minsk CHP-3 with the replacement of the retiring capacities of the 14 MPa line. 1st stage of construction.

The supplied pumping equipment includes 4 vertical circulation submersible pumps Q = 4235 m³ / h, N = 29.5 m manufactured by KSB holding, equipped with WEG electric motors and frequency converters made by VNIIR JSC.

Each pump should be able to work directly from the network, as well as the ability to regulate performance.

To regulate the pumping units, the VFD operation scheme was selected: 1 VFD for 2 pumps with the possibility of switching from one to the second. VFD will be installed in a modular building with its own ventilation system.

Currently, all pumping equipment has been delivered to the customer’s site.

Also in November in Cheboksary, EnergoFront specialists accepted the block-modular building produced by SPE EnEfSystems LLC, with frequency converters installed in it.

This building serves to ensure the climatic conditions of operation of frequency converters when the installation of VFD is not possible indoors in the immediate vicinity of the mechanism.

The acceptance was successful, there are no complaints about the quality. The block-modular building was shipped to the customer.
